Our highest priority is the quality and safety of both our products and customers well being. When making our delicious products, we have the strictest health and safety management checks in place to ensure your products are made in the safest way possible. In addition to our high standards, we have also applied extra health and safety measures. We are continually acting upon government advice and keeping up to date with the recommendations on how to protect employees based on the World Health Organisation.

Food, Ingredients & Allergens

Are your deliveries vegan?

Yes! We are proud to say we use only the most natural ingredients and so all of or products are completely dairy-free and vegan. We are here to prove plant-based recipes can fulfil those sweet cravings whilst guaranteeing great taste and nutritious value.

Are your deliveries gluten-free?

Yes! All of our products are made with certified gluten free ingredients.

Will my snacks go off?

Our products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and come with an information card on how long each item will last for and how to store your treats. Some items you can also freeze for up to 2 months, if it lasts that long!

Do any of your products contain palm oil?

No, all our products are completely palm oil free!

Do you cater to allergies?

All of our products are made in a kitchen which handles nuts and soya, however not all of our products do contain nuts. If you want to know more about if we can cater to your allergy just send us a quick message on our live chat and we can answer any questions you might have.

Orders & Deliveries

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free throughout the UK.

When will I receive my delivery?

We send all orders out on a Tuesday or Wednesday depending on our baking day and should be with you the next day!

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once we post your order, you should receive either a text or email with a tracking number from the courier. If you receive any problems regarding your delivery, please drop us a message on our live chat.

What is Elly Joy doing to reduce food waste?

Knowing how many subscription boxes we have to make each week, allows us to order and make exactly what we need. This has helped us reduce our food waste dramatically. Any surplus treats are sold in our café at Dyson Place in Sheffield.

Which courier company do you use?

We use Hermes which is a fully trackable delivery service.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to mainland UK.

Account & Subscriptions

What is a subscription?

With a subscription, you will get new treats to your door fortnightly, or monthly depending on your preference so you'll always have something tasty to look forward to! Our team creates new recipes and flavours to make your box extra delicious and different each time.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can go into your account at any time and simply click the PAUSE or CANCEL button. You can also SKIP upcoming orders if you wish to take break at any time.

When will I be charged?

You will automatically be charged on the Monday before your order. This gives us enough time to make and deliver your box of goodies.

What about refunds?

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order simply use the instant chat to let us know and we'll send you a refund, no questions asked (unless you want to let us know, we always want our customers to have the best possible experience so feedback is important to us).
